GRAPHICS

The goal of all the graphic design projects I worked on during my time at Malk Organics was to communicate the benefits of the almond, cashew, pecan, and oat milk that was being sold all while keeping the messaging fun and approachable for both the company’s business customers and end use consumer.

TRADE SHOW ENGAGEMENT MAP

  • We partnered with other brands to host a scavenger hunt / $1k worth of product giveaway during Expo West.  I worked closely with the internal marketing team and other brand’s marketing departments in getting all of the information needed for the giveaway

  • I used Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to come up with the design of the map

  • The map was printed and shared digitally by each brand to distributed during the show. The activation amassed 150+ entries, signifying that at least each of those people stopped once at all of the brand’s booths that participated in the giveaway

SALES DECK & SELL SHEET

  • The sales team needed a new sales deck and sell sheet. I worked with the Sales Director and Marketing Director to make a list of the most important call outs needed in each of these assets

  • Created preliminary design layouts through InDesign and Illustrator + took new product photography and edited those photographs to be used in both designs

  • Both assets where used by the sales team when presenting to accounts such as Sprouts, INFRA, Whole Foods Market, NCG, and Kroger

PRODUCT PACKAGING

  • The opportunity to sell into club arose and the company needed new packaging to sell into that channel.  I worked with the Sales Director, Marketing Director, VP of Operations, and packaging manufacturing partner to come up with the packaging design

  • I managed all photography depicted in the packaging along with it’s design by taking the photos myself and then using Photoshop and Illustrator to come up with the design. When working on the design, I took into account industry/club and customer standards of what they expect to see when selling and discovering a new product respectively and then marry that to our brand’s aesthetic

  • Mock ups where made and then the packaging option was added into the sales deck so the sales team could present to the retailer
